1. Our Commitment
At Flawless By CMD, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. This policy outlines the terms under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.
2. Return Eligibility
You may return a product under the following conditions:
The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
The return is initiated within 7 days of delivery.
You have a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:
Products that have been opened or used.
Items returned after the 7-day return window.
Items not purchased directly from our website.
Clearance or final sale items (if specified as such).
3. Defective or Damaged Products
Under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), you are entitled to return defective or unsafe goods within 6 months of purchase for a refund, replacement, or repair.
If your item arrives damaged, incomplete, or faulty:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Email info@cargomedidistributors.co.za with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will evaluate the matter and resolve it promptly at no cost to you.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return:
Email us at info@cargomedidistributors.co.za.
Provide your order number, the product(s) you want to return, and the reason.
Wait for return instructions from our support team.
Pack the item securely and return it to the address we provide.
Note: Return shipping is at your expense unless the return is due to an error on our part or a product defect.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days to your original payment method. A 10% will be deducted from fees acquired during the sale.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product fault or order error on our side.
6. Exchanges
We can only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you would like a replacement for a different product, we recommend returning your original item and placing a new order.
