We strive to ensure all product descriptions and prices are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors,
update prices, or modify product details at any time without prior notice.
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT, where applicable.
3. Orders and Payment
Orders are subject to product availability and confirmation of payment. We accept payments through secure third-party
gateways. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.
Flawless By CMD reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location. We will
provide tracking details where applicable.
Delays caused by third-party couriers or customs are outside our control, but we will do our best to assist with any
issues.
5. Returns and Refunds
You have the right to return an unused, unopened product within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is at your cost, unless the item is defective or incorrectly supplied.
Defective products can be returned within 6 months under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) for a refund,
replacement, or repair. Contact us first at info@cargomedidistributors.co.za to initiate any return.
Items that are used, opened, or not in resalable condition may not qualify for a refund.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, store, and use your
information, in compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including logos, product names, descriptions, and images, is the intellectual property of
Flawless By CMD and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flawless By CMD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential
damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of
South African courts.
