Shipping Policy - the basics

Processing Time

 

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or delays due to product availability, we will notify you by email.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We currently ship within South Africa only. Delivery timeframes and rates may vary based on your weight:

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your weight.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Locations

 

We deliver to all major cities and towns in South Africa via trusted courier services. For remote or rural areas, delivery may take slightly longer or require alternate arrangements.

If we cannot deliver to your address, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or issue a refund.

Tracking Your Order

 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can monitor your shipment through the courier’s tracking portal.

We are not liable for delays caused by courier companies but will assist you in resolving any issues as quickly as possible.

Address Accuracy

 

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. Flawless By CMD is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

 

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged: Report it within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery). Email us at info@cargomedidistributors.co.za with your order number and photos (if applicable).

We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund.
